OECD report on RD&I collaboration builds on RTOs’ case studies on spin-off creation
On 10 April 2019, the OECD published a report on “University-Industry Collaboration: New Evidence and Policy Options“. This report builds on a number of country case study contributions to the OECD TIP Working Party, including six case studies on spin-off support schemes provided by EARTO members:- The promotion of spin-off activities through VTT Ltd and VTT Ventures Ltd – Finland
- CEA – Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission, France
- Programmes to promote spin-offs at Fraunhofer-Gesselschaft – Germany
- RTO programmes to promote spin-offs: The case of TNO – the Netherlands
- Spin-offs support at Tecnalia: Transforming technology into GDP – Spain
- RTO’s programs to promote spin-offs – EURECAT – Spain
