New EC study supporting the interim evaluation of the innovation principle
The ‘innovation principle’ was introduced to ensure that whenever policy is developed, the impact on innovation is fully assessed (originally advocated by the industry in the context of the precautionary principle). In preparation of the EU Finnish Presidency event on this innovation principle, a
new EC study was published last week evaluating the current implementation of the innovation principle. EARTO President Antti Vasara spoke at an EU Finnish Presidency
