Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft organises its 5th webinar of the
Fraunhofer Green Deal Series on 2 December 2021 from 15.00 to 16.00 (CET). The aim of this webinar is to discuss the future of Europe’s food production, learn about cutting-edge research on Alternative Proteins and Smart Farming as well as explore synergy effects of bioeconomy, biotechnology and Big Data for the successful implementation of the EU Farm to Fork strategy. Fraunhofer Institutes are developing and optimising biotechnological processes for protein production and strategies for the digital transformation of farming systems.
The agenda includes a keynote speech by Mr Norbert Lins (Member of the European Parliament and chair of the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development) and three expert presentations by Fraunhofer experts on their contribution to the EU’s FOOD 2030 Pathways for Action.
