EU Industry Days High-Level Conference in Brussels on 5-6 February 2019
The 2019 EU Industry Days, organised by the European Commission and key stakeholders, have been established as a forum for an open and inclusive dialogue to ensure that policies deliver jobs, growth and innovation in Europe. The aim is to ensure that policies at European, national, regional and local levels jointly enable European industry to prosper in Europe and create value to European citizens and to spot and highlight new emerging industrial, societal and environmental trends that may need a policy response. The European Industry Days are an annual forum to monitor progress on the renewed EU industrial policy strategy, to identify new trends and to stimulate cooperation.
The EU Industry Days 2019 will have a particular focus on sustainability, innovation and digitalisation, globalisation, and on societal aspects of industrial policy.
