EC DG JRC Conference on Technology Transfer on Western Balkans and SEE on 17-19 November 2021
The European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) together with Area Science Park are organising a hybrid conference on Technology Transfer, which will be held in Triest as well as online, focusing on Western Balkans and South-East Europe (SEE) from 17 to 19 November 2021. The aim of this conference is to transfer best practices and accelerate the development of the technology transfer ecosystems in the Western Balkans and SEE. The agenda includes:- 17 November: Introduction to technology transfer and key technology transfer tools and patent and market intelligence platforms (for start-ups and scale-ups).
- 18 November: Innovation ecosystems and entrepreneurship, including innovation ecosystems design (incl. research infrastructure and testbeds), etc.
- 19 November: How to maximize the potential of successful technology transfer deals in the region, while bringing together local entrepreneurs and researchers to share their practical experience in technology transfer.
