H2020 GENDERACTION project offers gender equality trainings
The Horizon 2020 GENDERACTION project brings together representatives appointed by national authorities, with two objectives:
1. Analysing the ERA National Action Plans and Strategies (NAPS) implementation: the NAPS implementation report is based on an analysis of documents and a survey conducted among members of the ERAC Standing Working Group on Gender in Research and Innovation. It describes the NAP implementation process and presents a series of national gender equality polices and measures. The report aims at initiating learning from each other’s experience (e.g. regarding good practice measures). It also allows positioning the national state of development regarding gender equality in R&I against other European experiences. The
report and the
policy brief are available online at the project website.
2. Providing gender equality trainings and mutual learning for various stakeholders, and looking into gender equality issues in international cooperation in STI: GENDERACTION offers a gender equality training in the format of an introductory webinar or on-site one-day training, which can be held back-to-back with an event of your own or as a self-standing event. The budget covers the trainers, venue and technical equipment and if participants travel specifically for the training, then of course the travel and related costs. More info and contact on the
projects’ website.
