EC Publishes the European Innovation Scoreboard 2017

On 20 June 2017, the European Commission published the European Innovation Scoreboard 2017. The EU's innovation performance continued to grow in 2016, especially in 15 countries. Sweden remains the leader, while Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria and the UK are the fastest growing innovators. In the World, the EU is catching up with Canada and the US, but South Korea and Japan are pulling ahead.
