Working Groups and Task Forces
Working Groups offer members opportunities to benchmark their services, processes and performance against other members, through structured presentations and discussions. Any subject relating to RTO corporate management is eligible.
Active Working Groups in 2011 are dealing with Quality Management Processes, Corporate Communications. Examples of subjects covered by earlier Working Groups include working with SMEs, RTO Financial Models, Spin-offs from RTOs, IP Licensing Strategies.
Task Forces comprise experts from member organisations that assist the Secretariat in formulating policy positions on technically complex issues, such as the EU State Aid Framework for R&D and Innovation or the Framework Programme Rules for Participation, for example. Currently a Horizon 2020 Task Force is acting as a sounding board for the Secretariat as it monitors the development of the new programme.
