EARTO Meeting Facilities in Brussels
EARTO’s own meeting room is available to members for meetings of 12 (14 absolute maximum), including light refreshments (coffee, tea, etc.) and the use of a projector, at cost price (currently €250 per day). Lunch arrangements are extra.
For members needing a larger meeting room, the Secretariat has a list of available facilities in central Brussels.
